Kwara State has discharged 6 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in its isolation centres.
This brings the total number of discharged patients in the state to 8.
This was made known in a statement by the governor’s spokesperson, Rafiu Ajakaye on Sunday.
The statement reads in part, “The government meanwhile has discharged yet another six COVID-19 patients who have twice tested negative — two weeks after it discharged two former patients.
“With the six patients being discharged, Kwara now has eight active cases of COVID-19 — down from 14 just yesterday
