
1. SKIN AND HAIR CARE
Take care of your hair!
Wash your hair frequently;
I know a lot of ladies can’t deep condition without visiting the salon.
Just shampoo and condition;Oil your hair daily.
Comb it out.
DIY dear miss…..You’re doing well.
Dear Men/Boys..winks!
Wash that full hair.
I know salons are closed but that doesn’t stop you from washing that hair;Towel dry,Oil and comb.
Trim your beards!
Shave Armpits hair and public regions.
Make Sure you bath daily!
And apply deodorant.
Your hair and skin are as important as you are!

2. EXERCISE
For those of you who work from home at the moment.
Don’t sit all day staring at the screen.
You receive calls,And as well have WhatsApp meetings;
Plug in earphones and walk around the house.
Stretch your arms and legs.
You can have your early morning walks in your compound.
Have your workouts session in your home.
You can watch YouTube videos to guide you!
Exercise is good for your health!
3. EATING HEALTHY
Food is the most essential need for our bodies to function!
Quite a number of us have added weight in the last couple of weeks.
And for people like me,
I can not relate because no weight added๐
Make sure you eat well!
Snack healthy!…..Snack on Nuts,Drink Milk and drink enough water.
Don’t forget to include vegetables and Fruits.
Reduce Sugar and Salt intake!
We all know the consequences of High sugar intake.
High Salt intake can increase your risk of cardiovascular disease and can result in high blood Pressure.
You are what you eat!

4. SLEEP
Take Naps;Have Eight hours of sleep daily!
Yes I sleep well now!
No exams! No classes! I only wake early to pray.
You don’t face traffic; or drive all day now.
So have a to do list for each day so you don’t sleep all day and leave out the necessities.
Have screen time;
Books reading time;
Coffee time,
Watch movies but make sure you sleep well too!
Sleep is essential for your health!
5. OTHER HYGIENIC PRACTICES
Cut nails,
Wash your Underwears!
Brush your teeth.
Shower before you sleep.
Take care of your eye by avoiding the screen……Have off screen sessions!
Wash your hands with Soap and Water!
Sanitise!
Clean your home!
Stay Healthy!
