LOCKDOWN OR DEPOPULATION?

By the day, the number of coronavirus patients keeps increasing even during the lockdown. Well, I would like to refer to that lockdown as ‘pre-lockdown’ or ‘partial lockdown’.

Unfortunately, no solution is lurking around to combat this virus, yet day-to-day activities are being restored. Needless to say, the federal government of Nigeria wouldn’t care about your well-being as long as you would provide for yourselves.

China, Russia, USA, and other countries went on total lockdown, and it is yielding results. The government won’t provide our needs, yet leave us at the mercy of the virus. One man for himself, totally true in a country like mine.

In a previous article, it was mentioned that Nigeria isn’t ready for an all out lockdown. We witnessed the partial lockdown, and what’s the result? Increased numbers of COVID-19 patients. Pathetic!

With the ease in the partial lockdown, what should we expect? Definitely not increased numbers of patients but depopulation, yes.

At this stage we’re in, Nigerians would have to choose to go on total lockdown, for your family’s sake and your sake or sign in for depopulation. We’re over 100million in this country, a reduction in the number would be a glad tiding for our government.

Choose wisely; total lockdown or depopulation.

You can save yourself and loved ones by staying at home and taking precautions. That the partial lockdown is being eased doesn’t mean the virus is gone.
