People seen scooping diesel from a fallen tanker in Calabar.

A tanker carrying diesel fell along Murtala Mohammed high way in Calabar, capital of Cross River State and people were seen scooping the product
It was reported that the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed losing the product
A mini bus was caught under the truck but the passengers only sustained minor injuries.
