The police on Saturday arrested two employees of the Niger Delta Development Commission who allegedly sneaked into the corporate headquarters of the agency in Port Harcourt to steal some sensitive documents.
One of them was said to be an ex-aide to a former managing director of the agency.
An inside source told SUNDAY PUNCH that the suspects were being monitored (unknown to them) as they made their way into NDDC before the police were invited to arrest them.
