With most of the world going into lockdown, and Nigeria not excluded. Most citizens have taken to social media to complain about the lack of a day job to keep the body active and the stomach fed. But there are ways you can still be active while being at home. Some can be a hobby while you could even make money off of some. We have made a list:

  • Work from home if you can
  • Learn new skill/art
  • Check on YouTube for tutorials, don’t sit at home and while away time. Learning something will help you elevate boredom.
  • Improve on skills you’re not perfect at.
  • Graphics designer this a great opportunity for you to improve your skills. Keep improving till you’re perfect at what you do.
  • Cultivate a good reading habit, not necessarily school books, there are novels you can read and you’ll definitely enjoy.
  • Start a blog – You can as well start a blog, there’s way too much time for that, trust me you’ll have contents too.
  • Make friends – No one will give you the excuse of ‘I’m busy’, and of course you’re not busy, so chill and get to know people. Connect with people, you’d be glad you did.
  • Play games – At this moment it is preferable to play games online, or on phones or the ones on your phone. There is a game called “2 truths and 1 lie”
  • Get enough rest and sleep – You’re not rushing anywhere neither are you going to work early in the morning. So take your time to rest.
  • Improve on your communication skills. If you can learn new languages, it could be fun too.
  • Don’t forget to enjoy and love yourself.
  • Stay safe and keep praying.
